Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders without personalization are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customized orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Stockholm time will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (10-15 business days): Free 
  • Priority Shipping + Insurance (5-10 business days): €5,99.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's availability.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are as shown in the above information.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are included in the product price or shipping cost.  No more extra will be charged upon delivery by your local customs office.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs may occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
  • We will require a photo of the damaged item(s) for claims.
